I modified about work-2 and 3.
Becouse I think if 'work 2 and 3' are worked each other it's possible be too many cooks spoil the broth.

And I changed work to cummunity cause I agree with 'cummunity is most important factor of open design'.

    I think it would be better to use the terms 'commmunity' rather than work-1, work-2 sort of things. I believe 'community'is must be the most important factor of open design.
